With modern technology, and third party software, our health and safety data based software (OH&S Software) can be managed using an iPhone or iPad in the field, and relevant reports can be sent via an e-mail or printed to any printer available on the iPhone or iPad.
Reports can be signed, using special software, before printing or e-mailing.
For an example: A person can use their iPhone to record a work accident or incident, including taking photos, whilst at the scene, and the information automatically is being sent, via the iPhone, to the business computer hard drive or server where the safety software resides.
Selected Safety Software modules can also be stored in the iPhone or iPad, which can be used to record relevant safety information, where 3G coverage is not available, and later imported into the relevant safety module on the main computer hard drive.
