Think Safety Systems staff now assist customers by using TeamViewer remote access software to access the employee's desktop when the employee needs advice and help in using the TSS OH&S Software.
Even though the TSS OH&S Software is very user friendly, like many data based software programs, and the terminology used within the health and safety vocabulary, help from Heath & Safety experts can make the task easier and more productive.
We provide this assistance, on a one to one basis at the employee's desktop, and when the employee requires the help, not like many other help desks where the user has to rely on a return e-mail.
The help is a show and tell format , in other words, we are able to show the user, at their desktop, how to use the TSS OH&S Software, which includes talking through the Internet, if the employee has speakers and a microphone attached to their computer. If this is not available, we are able to communicate via a word pad dialog box.
